What? It's the 5th? How come no one told me?!?

I know, I know, I'm LATE! Here is January's page. I even put in a picture of Mini Me when he was a baby because his birthday is this month!
I'm not particularly thrilled about it. It's not AT ALL the color it started out to be and I didn't feel like cutting up little squares, so it's only three different papers (two of them are double-sidded). Basically it was just an "I don't wanna do this but I said I was gonna so I am" project. Take that!

  1. I love this page! And it just gave me an idea for how to make my own journal more useful as the "everything" book I like it to be. Thanks for sharing!

  3. Where have I been? I've missed out on a lot! First of all, I LOVE your new non-resolution . . . how sweet that is! AND your art pieces are beautiful - including this page - I also liked seeing your girl step-by-step. It is so cool to see the progression, thank you!
    HAPPY New Year, xoxox

  4. Hi Goog,

Thanks so much for stopping by my blog and leaving the links to the perspective videos.

I too love your girl and especially appreciate the step by step and your thought process. Isn't that inner critic a mouthy one?? I know mine is.....

    xoxo

  5. Goog,

I've been looking around and read your post about being weird. Huh? You are me, except I am going to be 59 at the end of the month and I've finally decided I am right for me and I don't care if others don't understand me. I did a lot of soul searching and spent a lot of time being unhappy because I didn't fit in and then decided that I fit in with me and that was enough.

The hubster loves me just how I am so I'm obviously not too weird for him. My kids (grown now with their own kids) no longer think I am as strange as they thought when they were teenagers and my grand girls love me to the moon and back. I think my world is alright and bully for you for being you.

Don't make excuses - just be you - it is certainly good enough and no one else's business.

Sorry I couldn't help myself. I had to write.

    xoxo
